Our choice of name is simply a nod to the essential role played by this natural ingredient - Hops. Hops contain Valerenic Acid, which has calming properties, and we discovered that certain teas and hops complement each other perfectly, resulting in a unique and delicious taste. By brewing our premium teas and hops together at a low temperature, we are able to achieve a natural sweetness without the need for sugar or artificial sweeteners. We believe that Hoptonic represents the perfect balance of taste and natural goodness.

What sets Hoptonic apart is our commitment to batch brewing using only real hop flowers and teas in our brewery. We steer clear of concentrates or extracts, as we believe that this is the best way to create a balanced and flavorful product that doesn't overpower with tannins or alpha acids. Our natural brewing process ensures that every sip of Hoptonic is a unique and refreshing experience.

Hoptonic does not contain any alcohol nor does it go through any fermentation. We brew the tea and carbonate it immediately to preserve optimal flavor profile.

Shipping and Return Policy

We do our best to fulfill orders within 3 business days. Once the carrier picks up the product, it normally takes about 3 - 5 days for delivery.

Hoptonic Tea is a small batch crafted product using only the finest quality ingredients. Because we brew in small batches, there may be slight variations between batches. Our team works tirelessly to deliver the best tasting tea possible, and at this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference, we take any quality issues seriously.

If you encounter any quality problems with your order, simply take a photo of the “Enjoy by Date” on the bottom of your can and send the information to drink@hoptonictea.com within 30 days of purchase. We will swiftly evaluate the situation and provide a refund or replacement within 48 hours as needed.

In case your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item or quantity, please capture a photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with the outer shipping box within 7 days of receipt and send them to drink@hoptonictea.com. While we take extra precautions to ensure safe delivery, minor dents may occur during transit that do not affect the quality of your Hoptonic Tea.
